プラスチックの経年劣化により、手で触るだけでポロポロと崩壊し始めてしまったクーラントリザーバータンクを交換しました。
交換作業自体は特に工具もいらず、クーラントを新しいタンクへ移しホースを差し替えるだけ。
タンク自体もプラスチックのピンで刺さっているだけです。
交換後のタンクは真っ白で気持ちいですね。
次の２０年も頑張ってほしいです。
S2000 Coolant Reservoir Tank Replacement
I replaced the coolant reservoir tank, which had begun to disintegrate by hand due to age-related deterioration of the plastic.
The replacement work itself required no special tools, just transferring the coolant to a new tank and replacing the new one.
The tank itself is just a plastic pin.
The new tank is pure white and looks great.
I hope it will work well for the next 20 years.
